Return Policy

Please note, items purchased from a Foot Locker store in the US cannot be returned to a store in Canada. Please visit www.footlocker.com for instructions on returning merchandise purchased from a US store.


Return or Exchange an Item at a Store

Take the item(s) you would like to return to any of our stores within 45 days of shipment or purchase. Please bring your shipping invoice, found in your shipping confirmation email, to the store for processing your return or exchange. We will exchange the item or give you full credit for the purchase price of the item. For items purchased using Paypal, we will exchange or give full credit in the form of cash for the purchase price of the item. If you require a Paypal credit as tender, you will be required to return your item via mail using the instructions below. Please Note: If the item is being exchanged, we recommend that you phone the store(s) near you first to see if they have the desired item in stock. If the item requested is not available, you may still return your product at the store and reorder online. You can find a store near you by using the Store Locator link in the footer.

Returns received more than 45 days after date of shipment or purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name, shipping address and email address (if available). At your request, Gift Cards are available for all returns made prior to 45 days of shipment.

All adidas Yeezy product is FINAL SALE and any returns for exchange or refund will NOT be permitted online or in store.

Return and Exchange Instructions Via Mail

To return an item, print the online return form. Fill out the required information and enclose the form with your package. If you are unable to obtain the return form, please include your name, address and daytime phone number, along with the reason for the exchange on a full sheet of paper. If the item is an exchange, please include the style number, size and color of the product you would like exchanged.

If you purchased your items from a store in the US or through our US website, www.footlocker.com, please visit www.footlocker.com for return and exchange instructions. Purchases made from a store in the US or through our US site and returned using the Canada instructions may result in the item(s) being returned to you or being held in customs.

Please Note:

Exchanges processed prior to 45 days are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.

Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Gift cards are available upon request.

Refunds and gift cards will include product and tax amount only. Prior to 45 days, we will include the shipping charges in your refund if:

  • An incorrect item was shipped.
  • Products are flawed.
  • Products were damaged in transit.

Return/exchange merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with original tags.

We cannot accept COD returns.
